Dust motes dance in the faint, sickly green light filtering through a gaping hole in the ceiling, illuminating your immediate surroundings. Crumbling concrete, twisted metal rebar, and the skeletal remains of what were once towering structures are all that remain. This is Neo-Kyoto, or what's left of it, a ghost of its former vibrant, technological glory. You are... different.
